Handley AC Series Waterborne Stain is a natural looking dye based waterborne stain concentrate for a natural look on all suitable substrates. Colours include Rimu, Chocolate, Dark Walnut, Brown Cedar, Black, Walnut and Mahogany.

Coverage: 8-10 sqm per litre (porosity dependent) of diluted stain.

Uses: natural looking penetrative dye based stain for timber surfaces with minimal grain raise

Application:

  • Surface must be clean, dry and free from wax, grease or dust

  • All previous coatings must be removed

  • The surface should be fine sanded with a 150 grit sandpaper or screen disc and then vacuumed thoroughly

  • Dilute AC-Series stain concentrate 1:1 with water and stir thoroughly

  • Apply liberally with Handley approved floor coating applicator taking care to even out puddles of stain

  • Allow to dry for 24 hours before coating with Handley Polyurethane (waterborne or moisture curing)

  • Clean up with water
